Our Team

Nicky, who owns and runs Worthwhile Accountancy, is a Qualified Accountant and Financial Expert with comprehensive business experience. Her main attribute is her dynamic and industrious approach to business. As a business owner herself, she is also a commercially astute individual and this makes her stand out from other Accountants.  Nicky is an avid park runner and enjoys travelling around different courses.

She promises to advise you of cost effective changes to your business operation that will save you time and money. She talks your language and will ensure you have captured all allowable costs and that you are operating efficiently. Her client portfolio ranges from the large corporate companies to the tiny ‘one person’ businesses.

As Finance & Operations Manager for a local networking company, Nicky was heavily involved in the sale due diligence when the company sold to a publicly quoted NASDAC enterprise. Likewise she also prepares the sole trader accounts for a stay at home mum who sells second hand children’s clothes. As much enthusiasm is given to every client – she talks your language and her priority is you!

Sally is a chartered accountant who specialises in farming accounts and adds a wealth of experience being an active arable and livestock farmer. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, and dog walks in the countryside.

Michelle is currently finishing level 3 Diploma in Accounting with exam results all over 95% pass rates! She manages all payroll, CIS and bookkeeping requirements. In her spare time Michelle enjoys cycling with her family.

Megan is a qualified accountant and comes from a business background, working with management accounts. Megan loves spending her free time with family, mountain biking and being crafty.

Ollie is nearing completion of their AAT Level 3 qualification and has a real passion for helping businesses develop, grow and prosper. He works in our New Business team, so he’ll often be your first point of contact, taking the time to understand you, your business, and how we can best support your goals.

Outside of work, he is a big car enthusiast and loves all things automotive, from working on cars to attending shows and keeping up with the latest in the motoring world. Also a keen footballer and enjoys playing regularly, keeping active and travelling and exploring new places.

Amanda is currently completing the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Book Keeping and Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys artwork and hiking.

Laura works in our bookkeeping department and brings over 20 years of business and finance experience to the team.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active and embracing country life. She is also a self-confessed bibliophile and is rarely far from a good book!

Laura is actively involved in her local community and supports a number of charities, reflecting her passion for giving back and making a positive difference.

Lisa holds a Level 2 qualification in Bookkeeping and has experience in financial management and accounting practices. She brings a strong understanding of financial processes and a keen eye for detail to her work.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys swimming, cooking and travelling, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends.

Mick is our IT Engineer, he is responsible for keeping our systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly. With over 16 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and holds several Microsoft certifications.

Outside of work, Mick enjoys spending quality time with his family and can often be found relaxing by a lake, pursuing his passion for fishing.

Front of House positions are filled by Brodie and Indie. As heads of security, their main role is to meet and greet clients, in a friendly tail wagging manner, and are remunerated with the odd biscuit and daily cuddles!
